I broke both wrists, can’t do housewok, or make my own bed, or cook. I receive a voucher from Washington County to live in an apartment. She will rent a larger house with all the safety features for me to live there, can that apply to that expense?

Find Care & Housing
I doubt it, but that is something for you to check with the authorities managing your voucher.

You should form a shared living expenses by attorney with your daughter so that your SS contributes to the household, its maintenance, the food, transportation and so on. This will help her family with expenses. There should be a clause at which periods, say every six months, you will re-evaluate the living contract agreement and make certain it is working for ALL FAMILY MEMBERS, and when it doesn't work with one, it should not continue for all, and you should agree to care placement.
This contract will also serve to prove you are not GIFTING your daughter by giving her money for this and that. THAT would work against you if you should ever need to enter care and Medicaid needed to do a lookback (5 years) of your expenditures.

I surely do wish you good luck.
