All Comfort Residential Care

Do not send your high-need loved one to this facility!!! They are expensive, under staffed, and, in my experience, they preyed on the family of a very ill woman with jargon and contracts to extract as much money from her as they could. The director assured us that All Comfort could accommodate a two-person assist, yet the lead caregiver told us that, with only two caregivers for 16 residents, they were not staffed to give my mother the level of care that she needed. My mother ended up dying in the hospital. All Comfort not only charged us for the full month my mother was in the hospital/rehab (and didn't set foot inside All Comfort), they charged into the next month because they weren't given a specific move out date prior to my mother's death. In the communications that followed, the employees of All Comfort Care, LLC showed a lack of consensus about her care needs, dishonesty about what was and wasn't communicated (and at what times), plus hostility towards the family for questioning their policies. Please spare yourself heartache and send your loved one somewhere else!
