We are a family-based residential service agency providing safe, respectful, and
dignified non-medical home health care to veterans and adults of all ages throughout
Baltimore, Carroll, and Howard counties. Each of our compassionate caregivers is
required to complete and pass 8 hours of training, including 3 hours of dementia and
Alzheimer’s Disease training along with a robust orientation guided by an RN
supervisor. Each employee is insured and bonded. In addition, our agency focuses on
advocacy. We believe every individual is entitled to quality care. All caregivers are
trained to act as an advocate for their clients with regards to doctor and therapeutic
visits. They also promote self-advocacy, if possible, for their clients by encouraging
them to ask questions and to be a part of their care plans.
