Apostolic Christian Skylines Home Care Services is rooted in the caring tradition of Apostolic Christian Skylines, an Apostolic Christian retirement community founded in Peoria, Illinois on February 12, 1912. In its present location at 7023 NE Skyline Drive since 1966, Apostolic Christian Skylines offers older adults a complete continuum of senior living that includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care and skilled rehabilitation services.
In 2010, the Skylines caring tradition was extended to Peoria area older adults in their home settings with the establishment of Apostolic Christian Skylines Home Care Services as a provider of home and community-based services. In the Skylines spirit and tradition, we offer a full spectrum of compassionate, caring home care services that include companion and homemaker care, personal care assistance, home health aide services, skilled nursing services and case management.

Skylines HomeCare Services does an amazing job at managing my 85-year-old father's care. Their nursing staff has established strong communications with my father's doctor's office and is able to successfully navigate the many tests and medication updates. Skylines nursing staff goes above and beyond to advocate for my father and ensure that his medical needs are met. This has taken a tremendous burden off my shoulders as I live 2.5 hours away. Their aides help with laundry, light housekeeping, and driving. The entire Skylines staff is friendly and helpful. It's very reassuring for me to know that he has high quality and competent care.

Skylines Homecare is a blessing for our family. We have been consistently pleased with their communication, availability, flexibility, and kindness. It is obvious that home care isn’t just a job to them; they truly care about the individuals they serve. My family has been a client of Apostolic Christian Skylines for over 3 years and I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience with them. During this time, we have increased care for both of my parents as they continue to work through challenges dealing with strokes and surgeries. Apostolic Christian Skylines has not only taken extremely good care (medically speaking) of both of my parents, they consistently show heart felt devotion to both their emotional and physical well being as well. I heavily rely on their help and consultation like a member of our family. I don’t know where my family would be without their support!
