Az Desert Falls is a uniquely wonderful place. The residents are happy and the place offers the best care to the residents that live there. They have lots of activities. The food is amazing.

The environment at Arizona Desert Falls is very family like with employees and residents.This facility goes above and beyond to make their residents feel at home. Residents set up rooms how they like and feel comfortable. Employees provide excellent care. I highly recommend this facility.

I am an employee
I was an employee at Arizona Desert Falls. I was working there for a few months. The bug problem is bad. There are roaches, bed bugs, and ants. I found a scorpion on a wall above one of the resident’s head. The owners do not care. The residents are not happy. The cook, who is the owner's mother is rude and dirty. They do not feed the residents well (ignore special diets). Do not bring a loved one here.

Arizona Desert Falls has a real problem with cleanliness. The bed bugs are so bad you can see them crawling on residents. I know this as I am an employee of this place. I have complained numerous times to owners and managers. I believe that residents and their families should know this isn't an environment that anyone should pay to live in. I have notified the health department and other agencies on behalf of the residents.
