Bridge Solutions is proud to have a team of compassionate and experienced homecare professionals. They will take charge of you or your loved one’s non-medical care needs at home by implementing a tailor-fit care plan.

Our caregivers will provide clients at home with assistance in daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. We also prepare healthy and delicious meals for the clients and can take care of the grocery shopping. Our caregivers will assist with chores, such as doing the dishes, daily trash disposal, caring for pets, tidying the bedroom, organizing clothes in the closet, vacuuming and dusting, laundry assistance, folding clothes, taking the laundry to the laundromat or dry cleaning.

Our caring companionship services include spending time with the client at home, keeping them company and joining them in recreational activities like poetry reading, visiting the park for a walk, exchanging stories, etc. We will accompany the client to doctor’s appointments, medical/laboratory tests, x-ray or diagnostic tests, chemotherapy, the beauty salon, shopping at the mall and outings with friends.

Bridge Solutions provides respite care for family members who want one of our caregivers to temporarily take over their tasks of caring for a sick or elderly loved one at home. Respite Care can span for a few hours or a full weekend while family members are out of town. We also offer live-in care for round-the-clock care or 24-hour care; our staff lives with the client in the home environment to ensure continuity of care and safety supervision.
