I was initially referred to BrightStar by the Assisted Living Memory Care unit my 87 year old father had resided in. I live in Illinois and my father is in South Florida. Because of his mental and physical condition, he was not appropriate for a regular assisted living environment. Throughout this turbulent time period, BrightStar provided exceptional customer and caregiver service. There were times we needed help at a moment’s notice, and they always came through for us. Their caregivers were quite professional and patient with my dear father, who can be quite trying at times. We appreciate their kind attitude and service, and recommend them to anyone in need of home care or caregiver service for their family.
