On a scale of 1-10 so far I would give BrightStar Care an 11. My 88 year old dad has Alzheimers/dementia and Macular degenerate eye disease. After 66 years of marriage my 85 year old mother wanted to continue to take care of him at home. However she was having a few physical issues herself and was finding it a bit difficult to cope with the demands it takes to care for him. We met with Tammy Ham & the interview went extremely well. I haven't met the aide yet but I have complete confidence in Tammy's professional judgement to send an aide who will be able to perform the needs that will best help my dad and take some of the burden off my mom. I will return to this review in a few weeks once care is actually provided...

BrightStar service is very helpful and special considering taking great care of personal problems they totally pay attention to what needs to be done and taking with the patients makes than feel cared for we are blessed to have them;)
