My brother's caregiver from BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is never rushed because she always takes her time. He's rather slow, but the caregiver never gets impatient when other people normally would.

My husband really enjoyed being able to talk to different people from BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley. When I would see the caregivers they always seemed to be in deep conversation with him. We really loved Lori, the caregiver, because she had such a great sense of humor. She was able to make my husband laugh and would go out by a pond and throw stones in it with him. I would highly recommend BrightStar Care because of these positive experiences.

I have used Bright Star from Lake Elmo, MN since January, 2016. They have been used primarily for "companionship" care for my wife. She has FTD and thus far has not required much personal care. I have been very satisfied with the person they have employed for this service. They are easy to contact and have been very easy to deal with. I am extremely satisfied with their services.

She is eager to do the right thing and learns very quickly. She will handle difficult tasks, only needs to be shown once how to do something, and she always gets it right afterwards; usually does it better. She has made a big difference in my recovery.
