I needed someone on a Sunday evening for my mom, who was rather suddenly too weak to handle her routine personal tasks. Other services were going to take days to make arrangements. Rod was there in less than 2 hours to do the paperwork, and had a caregiver on site that evening. The service has been outstanding and Rod has been personally involved above and beyond any reasonable expectations.
