At ComForCare of Rochester, our passion for home care is deeply rooted in our own family’s experiences. We have personally witnessed and supported our mothers as they battled Alzheimer’s, Leukemia, and Diabetes. We understand the stresses that disease can suffer upon patients as well as their friends and family. Our mission is to assist families through difficult times because we know what it feels like not to know what to do or where to go or how to help.

With home care services, our office can provide personal care plans through an in-home evaluation and interviews between the client, family and the ComForCare team to help determine the best plan of action for the individual based on their specific needs. Our dedicated caregivers are available for as little as a few times per week or 24 hours a day to provide care.
