Sadly, when my mom moved into an independent living building, she needed medication reminders. I chose Comfort Keepers based on the recommendation of the staff in the building. For some of the time, things were running smoothly, however, when issues came up, they were never addressed in a timely manner and I was always given the standard answer "we'll look into it" or "I'm sorry that happened" only to have the same thing come up again and again. I ended up dealing with their corporate office as I could not get results from the local franchise. My brothers and I elected not to continue the service and will certainly not recommend them to anyone. The staff in the building may be lovely, but the managers of the franchise leave a lot to be desired both in caring and responsiveness.

I used Comfort Keepers of Ft Myers only once during six months in Florida and was happy with the cleaning service. Mostly I wanted to have a service in place so I would have someone to call on if I needed help caring for myself, age 86, and my 91-year-old companion. I never needed help, am back in Ohio and will not be returning to Florida. It was good to know I had backup.

Comfort Keepers of Ft. Myers has done a very good job of providing the level of service promised and arriving on time. They are easy to work with when one wishes to modify service levels or change days. Billing is accurate and prompt. Whenever I called to get a report, I was able to get good information in a timely fashion.

We were extremely impressed with Brittany who came to our home and explained the services that Comfort Keepers of Ft. Myers could provide and the cost. Very professional. We signed up for transportation at this time but will add other services as needed. This way we will be able to remain in our home. My husband is 83 and I am 81.
