I was having a terrible time finding valid agencies through my own searches, and was concerned that when I did find one that they wouldn't have availability, since staffing has been low after the pandemic, but when I reached out to AgingCare, they called me back immediately, even though it was 8pm and sent referrals right away. I found an agency that worked for us on the first try. Considering all the different moving parts of the process I have been trying to manage to set up my mother care, it was a real blessing that we figured this out so quickly.
