Dotne Home Care LLC is Licensed and Insured, locally owned and managed in downtown Auburn Area. We Serve the Greater Seattle Puget Sound area. All our Caregivers are insured employees not contractors.

Our Leadership
Team Agency Director: Our Director is a Registered Nurse with an extensive history in gerontology care and home care services for more than 15 years. She is in charge of meeting potential clients, working with our client managers team to ensure a smooth start of care and coordination of excellent care. She also meets with other senior care professionals to get the word out about our services.

Administrator
Our Administrator recruits, screens, and coordinates orientation for great caregivers who join our team. She works hard to find caring, skilled people who share our passion for working with seniors. She also ensures caregivers remain in compliance with certification, annual continuing education and background screenings.

Caregivers
Our most valued part of the team and we do everything in our power to ensure they have the tools to provide great care. Our caregivers are experienced and trained as CNAs or HCAs. They have fulfilled required annual continuing education. We ensure that the caregivers we send to your home are caring, qualified and reliable individuals.

Client Managers
Our client managers have more than 10 years’ experience in senior care and are in charge of meeting potential clients, assessing needs, developing individualized care plans and orientating caregivers to client care and provide ongoing supervision for the caregivers. Our client managers are available 24 hours 7 days a week to assure continuity of excellent services.

Scheduling Coordinator
Our Scheduling Coordinator is in charge of scheduling caregivers for shifts and making sure they have the information they need to do a great job in collaboration with our client managers. She helps match the right caregivers for each client.
