Since its establishment in 1996, Guardian Care has continued to provide compassionate, quality focused, cost effective, and comprehensive home health care and assistance for the older adult population throughout Houston, Texas.

By providing supportive, patient-centered care in our client’s own homes’, our main goal is to encourage a comfortable, speedy recovery. We encourage our clients to have a sense of control and autonomy over their health care needs, which contributes to better health care management and reduction in hospital readmissions.
