Harmony is a licensed home care service agency (LHCSA) in the State of New York. This allows us to provide companion care, personal care (such as help with dressing or mobility), homemaker services, and even skilled nursing services. Most of our caregivers are certified home health aides (HHAs) or personal care assistants (PCAs). They have been trained in proper caregiving methods, and they are continuously supervised by our clinical staff.
Our partner organization, Duet Care at Home, provides enhanced companionship services throughout the city. Duet hires caregivers who are also artists, performers, graduate students, educators, and various professionals who are enthusiastic about supporting older adults. In addition to being great company, they can help with various tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, organizational tasks, and communicating with other important people in your life.
