Homer G. Phillips

My experience at Homer G. Phillips has not been positive. I had to fight roaches for the first two months before they stop squatting in my apartment. The water is either too hot or too cold. It cannot be regulated to make warm water and it comes out sudsy. I have had to buy three space heaters because maintenance says there is nothing wrong with the heating unit because it is blowing out air (unheated). No heat and you pay the electric bill.
