HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure the highest level of customized in-home care to meet your needs and your budget. Your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment and create a personalized plan regarding:

Once a plan is in place, your Care Manager will monitor daily care logs and maintain regular contact with everyone involved to ensure each client’s physical and emotional wellbeing. And because life can be unpredictable, your Care Manager can also recommend or make adjustments to your care plan at any time, as needed.

With a combined experience of nearly 50 years in healthcare, co-owners Anthony Hurst and Alvin Elliott have seen firsthand the impact of quality care for patients and their families. Driven by their passion to help others and serve their community, the two business partners transitioned into home care, opening their HomeWell Care Services agency in Pearland, Texas, in July of 2023.

Anthony has worked in healthcare for over 27 years, serving in multiple senior leadership positions in public health, behavioral health and nonprofit administration. For more than 20 years, Alvin Elliott served as a fireman and paramedic, working closely with survivors of often devastating circumstances and their families. Dedicating his career to rescuing and serving the injured and vulnerable, home care was a natural step forward in his lifelong pursuit to give back to others. Together, Anthony and Alvin look forward to leveraging their business acumen paired with their healthcare knowledge to help clients and their families navigate the continuum of care while treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve.
