Our leadership will be achieved by using innovative solutions and unique cutting edge technology. 0 Most Popular Reasons Whitsyms has been chosen by thousands of satisfied customers in Florida for their home health care: Why Whitsyms Nursing Service – 1. Selection of Caregivers We are very selective in the caliber of caregivers we refer. Upon registration, to ensure that the caregivers have no disqualifying past criminal records or have not been charged with abuse, they are screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. All caregivers must submit to an FBI Level 2 background screening and receive a Level 2 background “Eligible” result. All are qualified, licensed, insured and bonded. We strive to refer the most attentive, caring and professional caregivers in the business. 2. Wide Range of Services – Senior Care and More Whitsyms is able to refer caregivers for a wide range of services including nursing services, personal care services, transport services, companion services and light housekeeping services. Our referred caregivers provide Long-term Care, Workers’ Compensation and Short Term services. Senior care is often provided at home, however, we provide care to people of all ages whether they’re in the hospital, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or home health agencies. 3. Initial Patient Evaluation Visit (Upon Request) Licensed Nurses provide an initial evaluation at the start of service to ensure quality of care. The nurse will then provide instruction to the family/patient and caregiver(s) regarding the patient’s situation and what services to perform. Home care nurses are committed to helping patients make good decisions about their care by providing them with reliable information about their conditions and adhering to their Physician’s medical plan of treatment. 4.Affordability The Caregivers’ rates are reasonable and competitive. We accept most Agency for Health Care Administration (Governing State Department). We operate under very strict state regulations and continuously keep in compliance with Florida State laws and rules under chapter 400, Florida Statutes and 59A-18 (AHCA). 5. Wide range of caregivers We have a large pool of well trained, experienced caregivers who are all English speaking and are from diverse backgrounds. They include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companions.
