About Us
Life Touch Homemaker & Companion is a home care provider that serves Duval, St John’s and Putnam counties. As an alternative to traditional nursing home care, our support and care allows your loved one to remain independent, while keeping them safe and secure in the environment they are accustomed to.
We were founded over 12 years ago on the basis that we believe there is a growing need for home care service. When starting this business, our ultimate question was to ask ourselves why we want to become a caregiving service provider. That is why we came up with our mission statement, and we feel it is of utmost importance to share with anyone who may be looking for a Companion Care/Caregiving Service Provider that has a heart for people.
Our Mission, Vision and Values
Our mission is to provide confident, trustworthy caregivers who treat our clients with the honor and respect they deserve. Our two motto’s are:
1) To care for individuals as if we were “in their shoes.”
2) “You are the Boss”. We understand the physical and emotional stress of allowing someone in your home. That’s why we want you to be in charge of your daily activities of living. Our job is to assist you with your routine. Life Touch knows that it is of the utmost importance to find the right caregiver for you. We will find you the fit that you are happy with.
Our vision is to be the best we can be at what we do by raising the bar to reduce elderly neglect in our nation.
Our values are providing competent, compassionate, and trustworthy advocates who value our clients and their families in every aspect of caregiving.
