The family hired Liv Home of Riverside. while they have been taking care of my mother for about 3 years now I feel they have added to the labor involved in taking care of your loved one. So much has happened over the years. As I look back some on the care givers were very frustrated with mom,(1) some causing damage to the home in temper tantrums. (how do you bend all three valve stems in the shower) at once. They worked fine yesterday.(2) a really good care giver has scheduling problems, what does the Liv Home manager do? (Fire HER). (3) The house has a issue with the plumbing and needs re-plumbed, Mom has to move out for this, Ok. Then the carpet needs replaced, the entire home has to be moved out. What does the Liv Home manager do, Replaces every single care giver. I personally had to move and place all of moms furnishing back where they belonged. (3) While doing this a care giver "hurts her back" moving a small box of coins. Hmmm? Where did all the coins go? (4) A screened care giver takes moms ATM card and withdraws $500 then $700 to the amount of $12000.00. When going over the bills and statements I find this out. Report the information get the young "screened" gal arrested. Liv Home sends me a letter to pay mom back and not Sue Liv Home for damages. (5) While under Liv Homes care and care givers mom has fallen 4 times and has gone the hospital in a ambulance there 3 times. The last fall mom got 14 stiches in her forehead.
