The customer service has been A+ throughout our experience with Modern Vintage Home Care. The owner, Derek, has a style of sincere compassion and caring for not just the patient/client but for the family, too. We are very pleased that after he met with us and was able to know something of my mother’s personality, he assigned a specific caregiver whom he felt would work well with her and he was correct. My mother does not want a caregiver but has taken such a liking to the one assigned to her that she looks forward to her being there. That in itself is a miracle. I’m very grateful to Modern Vintage Home Care for being there when the time came my mom had to have some help. I highly recommend them.
