Momma Nan’s Home Care Services is a licensed home care service agency. Our staff has years of experience working with elderly and disabled clients in Dauphin and Cumberland counties. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care as well as quality customer service to our clients.
It’s a vulnerable position, bringing someone into your home to care for your loved one. We are bonded, licensed, and insured. We also go the extra mile by doing the following:
Follow up calls to clients and caregivers to ensure that the Care Plan is accurate and being followed accordingly.
Personal introductions with each new caregiver, so you can feel at ease when somebody new is coming to your home.
Supervisory visits at least twice a year.
24/7 live Client Care Manager on call to answer all your questions and attend to any concern.

The organized application process from Momma Nan's Home Care Services had a clear explanation of what was being signed. Geri and Tasha provided much needed care in a difficult situation. My mother no longer needs the care but I hope to use Momma Nan's in the future. My 91 year old mother was having trouble accepting care so if your loved one wants help, Momma Nan's can provide what they need. I felt reassured that they had great qualifications for providing care and excellent companionship for loved ones that have none nearby.

The only reason I didn't click 5 stars is that 5 means perfection, and we only recently started using Momma Nan's Home Care Services. It's too soon to recognize perfection, but not too soon to say that we are very pleased with the services provided. My husband clearly looks forward to Gerri's arrival and to the conversations they have. Gerri has gone "the extra mile", for example, taking my husband to a restaurant for lunch. I feel very comfortable leaving the house when she is here with him. My primary reason for calling upon Momma Nan's was to find some companionship for my husband and to trust that I could leave him safely with that companion care. It has been good that she has also taken on the laundry, light housekeeping and meal preparation for him on the days she is here. I am very grateful, as I know my husband is, for her presence and caring. We look forward to continuing with Momma Nan's Home Care Services.
