After my dad's Parkinson's diagnosis, we knew we needed help. Oxbow Health has been incredible with their flexible care. No long-term contracts meant we could adjust care as his symptoms progressed. He gets the same Wellness Assistant every time who helps with medication management and mobility exercises. It's such a relief to have professional support tailored to Dad's changing needs.

My mother's arthritis makes daily tasks challenging. Oxbow's assistance with personal care and household chores has allowed my mom to stay independent at home. Their flexible care model means we can increase support on high-pain days. The only reason for 4 stars is they don't offer 24/7 care, which we might need in the future. But for now, their service is excellent for managing my mom's chronic condition.

Living in New York while my father is in Arizona made it challenging to ensure he had the support he needed after retiring. Oxbow Health has been a godsend with their flexible care model. Their Wellness Assistant helps my father with transportation to his social activities, light exercise, and running errands in Phoenix. It's not heavy medical care, just the right amount of help to keep him independent and engaged. The best part is no long-term contracts, so we can adjust the support as his needs change. Oxbow's service gives me peace of mind, knowing my dad is well-cared for despite the distance between us. Their clear communication keeps me in the loop about his well-being, making long-distance caregiving so much easier.

After my mom's stroke, we needed help but didn't know for how long. Oxbow Health was a lifesaver. No long-term contracts meant we could adjust care as she improved. Their flexibility allowed us to schedule visits around her therapy sessions. Truly patient-centered care.

Living with MS, my needs change daily. Oxbow's no-minimum policy is perfect for me. Some days I need a few hours of help, others just a quick check-in. They adapt to my schedule, not the other way around. It's refreshing to find care that truly fits my life.

As a busy working mom, I struggled to find care for my elderly father that fit our unpredictable schedule. Oxbow's flexibility is unmatched! No minimums means we only pay for the hours we need, and their 'Flexible Care' model ensures Dad gets consistent support even when our needs change.

I was quite taken by our Wellness Assistant Toni 's warmth and compassion for my late husband, she was very responsive and gave me the peace of mind I needed when I was away. No complaints at all, I'm going to tell all of my friends about her and Oxbow Health!
