Prats Care Home, LLC is a MD owned assisted living facility. Our caregivers are well trained nurses and we offer Alzheimer’s care and Parkinson’s care, if needed. Our beautiful facility is a one story home, making it accessible for seniors of all mobility levels. We are an intimate community, allowing us to provide personalized and individual care to every resident. Residents enjoy socializing and entertaining on our covered patio.
