Rebecca J. Proctor is the sole shareholder of the law firm of PROCTOR ELDER LAW, P.A. Her office is located at 3027 Manatee Avenue W, Suite A, in Bradenton, Florida. Rebecca received her Law Degree at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale Florida in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction at Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida in 1998.
