Regency Retirement Village has a great staff, from the initial tour to the care staff, to housekeeping and the kitchen! Very thorough and everyone is extremely happy and smiling, and seem to love their job. They take great care of my mom who is in end stage of dementia. They have an open door policy which I love, so If I need anything I get it handled immediately.

My mother has lived at Regency Retirement Village for several years. The apartment seems nice enough, but getting the caregivers to help the residents is a joke. If my mom pushes her button for assistance a lot of times they don't show up or they come in and turn off her buzzer and leave without helping her at all. I wish I could find another place for her, but she doesn't like change.
