I have worked as a long-term care pharmacist for over 20 years and the main thing I realized is that seniors do not want to be institutionalized. After 17 years of service the pharmacy I worked for closed, and it was put on my heart to open a home services agency to help keep seniors thriving independently at home. As a board-certified geriatric pharmacist, I do offer our customers a complimentary comprehensive medication review after 90 days of service with our agency.
Our name says it all! I chose the name Senior-Ally Home Care because I wanted us to be an ally to the families we serve. We think an ally is someone who is by your side and forms a connection with you to achieve the ultimate home care experience. We call our caregivers to care allies because we don’t just want them to give care, but we want them to work with each senior to provide the needed care while also maintaining and promoting their independence.
Our care is personalized and humanized! In the modern world of automation, you will never get that at Senior-Ally Home Care. Our phone is always answered by humans and great customer service is our top priority. Each client’s care plan is crafted with the individual and for the individual with us realizing no two are alike.
We are a five-star home services agency. If at the end of your visit you feel that you have not received a 5-star customer service experience, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to correct what went wrong and give you the 5-star service you deserve. We will follow up after your first visit to ensure everything was to your liking and we will continue to follow-up regularly.
