My intention was to just obtain information about the services that Sonshine Elder Care offered. Not only did I get the information, but I was also provided with information on regulatory entities, types of insurances and agencies that cover the various needs of an elderly person as well as any individual in need of assistance. With all of that said, what I appreciated most was the patience and compassion that she showed me even after learning that my family member's insurance would not cover their care through her agency.
