Colleen, I am a past client
I had previously had a stroke and recently a total knee replacement surgery. My husband had been caring for me and he needed a break. I had talked to a few care companies and did not have a good feeling about them. When I spoke to the owner of this one, Stephanie, I was impressed. She was warm, friendly, and seemed concerned. She came to my house to find out what our needs were and what kind of person we wanted. She sent a really sweet woman who was perfect. She helped by cleaning up the kitchen, washing clothes, taking me to physical therapy appointments, and going grocery shopping for us. We scheduled 4 hours twice a week. It was a big help. If you need additional help, I would highly recommend using this company.

Stephanie, the owner was great to work with. Also very accommodating as our schedule with my mom was hectic. The caregiver she assigned my mom was a perfect fit, very caring and sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend Sweet In-Home Care. Thanks again to Stephanie and our wonderful caregiver Afua.

My husband had dementia and Parkinson’s. I had engaged 2 in home care services that were less than adequate when I decided to interview Sweet In-Home Care. Mei, one of the owners came to the house and conducted an extensive interview with me and visited with my husband. I was most impressed with her knowledge and concern for patients in her service’s care. The young woman who cared for my husband in my absence was amazing.

I was extremely impressed by the kindness and quality of care provided by Sweet In-Home staff to my two aunts. One aunt had ongoing health and mobility issues. My other aunt had stage IV cancer and was in hospice. They were both initially reluctant to having in-home assistance but had finally agreed as there was no other option if they wished to remain in their home. However, after the very first day of experiencing the kindness and professionalism of their caregiver, they were both won over! They had a caregiver come Monday thru Friday for 4 hours each day and were generally able to have the same caregiver every weekday. As my aunt’s condition in hospice declined, the care level was increased to someone coming on weekends as well. All of the caregivers were consistently kind, patient and helpful. My aunts’ primary caregiver was Ginger who was truly exceptional. Both of my aunts, as well as our family, are incredibly grateful for the outstanding level of care she provided them both during a very difficult time. I would use Sweet In-Home again if the need for in-home care arises and enthusiastically recommend their service to anyone who has friends or family in need of caregiving assistance. The owner, Stephanie Pace, was very easy to work with and was incredibly responsive while my aunts were her clients.
