SYNERGY HomeCare answers all of my questions and they help me with anything that I need. If there's something I don't know how to do, they help me with it. The caregivers talk with my mother and help her get through her daily routine. The caregivers really do make my mom happy. The care team is always very kind to my mom and they talk to her like she was their own mom. They have great manners and are very professional. I also appreciate how the office staff calls on a regular basis to make sure that everything is alright and that the caregivers are doing their jobs. I recommend SYNERGY, as they are very helpful to families.

SYNERGY is a big help and it allows me to get out for a few hours and do the things I need to do. The caregivers do whatever I ask them to do. The caregivers assist with bathing, help feed and change my husband. They just take care of his overall needs. My caregiver talks to my husband and will calm him down if he gets confused. I don't call the office staff too often but if I need somebody else to come out, they get with me as soon as possible to let me know what they can do. The caregivers talk to my husband and he is comfortable with them. I would recommend SYNERGY.

SYNERGY HomeCare has caregivers who are very, very good with the clients. The service has helped by assisting me with my husband, who is an Alzheimer's patient. The caregivers keep my husband clean and they take care of him. The caregivers are really good at spotting my husband's strange behavior and knowing when he is not comfortable. The caregivers are also good at knowing if my husband is breathing weak. They show their companionship by talking to him and by helping him move. I am perfectly happy with SYNERGY HomeCare. I selected SYNEGY Home Care of Houston because of the Internet research that I did. I needed home care and companionship, which SYNERGY offers. Carol, my caregiver, is always on time. The caregiver helps me with my balance issues and is very aware of any movements I make. The caregiver goes over and above as far as making sure I am okay. The office staff is good at finding caregivers on very little notice. I receive great communication from SYNERGY, as they always respond when I need something. Being alone is very hard and I do not want to ask friends and family to take me to medical procedures, so hiring a professional took away a lot of my anxiety. SYNERGY Home Care of Houston is very reliable. They always have a caregiver here. We have had other companies where that has not happened. The caregivers exhibit good work ethic by arriving, tending to my mother, and being reliable. The caregivers seem to know what is happening with an elderly person. They know how to go about doing certain things. The office staff has impressed me because they are right on the ball. Usually they are able to get replacement caregivers if our caregiver has something come up. There have only been rare occasions where they have not found a replacement. We have been very pleased with SYNERGY. They are reliable, caring, and get the job done. SYNERGY releases stress I would have of doing the daily things for my mother. I know she is being cared for when I am gone.
