I have MSA and am at risk for falls. I need to be monitored and assisted upon waking to prevent falling. My wife has a class she attends 2 days a week for 2 hours. When my usual caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care of Phoenix was unable to work, they sent a substitute caregiver with short notice. Unfortunately she was unable to arrive at the usual time and I was left alone for an hour. However, the care provided was consistant with my usual level of monitoring and assistance.
