The Colony Club in Sunrise

My mother was a resident at The Colony Club. My brother and I were constant visitors and saw for ourselves that resident’s rooms were overrun with cockroaches and other insects. Personal belongings were constantly being stolen and management declares there is nothing they can do about it. The smell of urine throughout the facility is sickening. When it was owned by the Steckler family this was a lovely, clean and friendly place!
