Activities, staff is very attentive, food is fresh and high end. Views of Lake Union are great. Billiards, very active group. Home-like and friendly. Staff is very tuned into the needs and desires of current and future residents. Short-term stays are okay too. Furnished apartments are for rent. - including washers and dryers in some apartments... Can consider below 55 on case by case basis
