A practicing attorney since 1983, Tom has a very busy Probate and Guardianship practice advising individuals, families, and fiduciaries about the ins and out of Elder Law in the Pinellas County Court system.

Tom and his staff, create Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Heath Care Surrogate documents and living wills. Tom, also handles Guardianships of all types and has worked closely with health care professionals and facilities for the last 20+ years helping incapacitated people get the care and protection that they deserve.
