This was a major disappointment. If you can watch out for yourself or if your family member has dementia or Alzheimer’s to point they know nothing, this facility may be work. The food served comes out of a frozen box or cereal box or can. The staff is only one person 7 days a week 24 hours on in a row so they are very tired and need their rest at night. Of course, the owner will tell you she is there also. Hopefully you don't need any care in the night, as reported by a lucid residence who can get up, as those who call out for help and walk around cannot even find the caretaker at night since she sleeps behind locked doors. Most importantly, do not ever expect an answer or information since no one will tell you anything. One incident leaving much facial bruising and was very upsetting but we were never able to even get answers to the time it happened or the truth of what happened. Even medical professionals stated the injuries were not consistent with what they were told happened. Yet, bad food or some other things I suppose can be tolerated. This facility will go to every degree to create their own versions of what they report. They are very crafty to make all seem great, happy, document false information, and create stories so you think all is well. Just show up and watch to find out what really happens it is not happy interaction among staff and residents. The residents are told to sit down and be quite, yelled at or ignored.
