I am a past client

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.OWNER DID NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND IN HEALTH CARE INSURANCE CLAIMS. OWNER PUT WRONG DATES OF SERVICE, WRONG PATIENT POLICY NUMBER,SO MANY MISTAKES IT WILL TAKE ME WEEKS TO UNDO THE DAMAGE. OWNER DID NOT PAY MY MOM'S CAREGIVER. I HAD PAID THE OWNER ALMOST$10,000 AND SHE DID NOT PAY THE CAREGIVER ON TIME. I AM SO LUCKY THE CAREGIVER WAS SO KIND AND STAYED WITH MY MOM EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD NOT BEEN PAID. VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
