Jennifer (the owner) was great right from the start. She helped me to accurately express what my family needed in home care for my Mom and how to honestly evaluate and assess if we were getting what we needed. The aides provided by Visiting Angels were knowledgeable, considerate and compassionate when working with my Mom. And that put me at ease that she was being well-taken care of when I wasn't around to provide her with care myself.

What a great service. It was a pleasure working with this team. I had to hire an Angel to help with my father before he was placed in memory care. He had Marie come out 40 hours a week for 3 months. She was so good with him. Helped him get dress, bathe, made meals, errands and kept him engaged. The office staff and owner were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this group.

Great service! I was recommend to several agencies from the hospital. Visiting Angels was the first to call back. The rest took 2-3 days. I was impressed with Laura on the initial call. My mom has had the Angels for 3 months now. Our caregivers have been so helpful, kind and respectful.

Excellent customer service! I am a former client who used Visiting Angels Orlando for 6 weeks after a bad car accident. My caregiver came 6 hours a day Monday through Friday. She helped with meals, light housekeeping, bathing me and driving me to my doctor appointments. I healed and went back to work. Great company and service.

I highly recommend Visiting Angels of Orlando. I needed last minute care for my father. The owner came out the same day. I was overwhelmed. She was patient and very helpful referring me to other services and reassuring me it will be okay. We only used the services for 2 weeks, but it was 24/7 care before we found a memory care to put him in. His caregivers were so kind and patient. They understood his dementia. I am so grateful for the professionalism and empathy from everyone at Visiting Angels of Orlando. The owner even checked on me a few times during the two weeks. 5 star company for sure!

I needed home care in a pinch for my mother who was being released from the hospital after a fall. The owner of Visiting Angels was out the same day for a consultation and they were able to have a caregiver for us the next day! We have been using them on a daily basis for about two months now and are very pleased with the caregivers that we have had. They have all been very capable and caring. The office staff is very friendly and efficient in answering any question I have and accommodating my schedule changes.

We had 3 visits (4 hours each) from this agency with two different people. Their visits were not nursing requests, my 81 yr. old husband has PD. The ladies were not assertive about offering to help my husband. They both had heavy Caribbean accents and were difficult to understand. One had us sign for the service, the other did not. They mainly read or did crossword puzzles, not busy. On a positive note they were pleasant people and the billing process was OK.
