Vitacare performed excellent services for me and I recommend them without reservation for home health care. Initially, I was considering another agency because the other agency had no minimum number of days or hours of care. I discovered, however, that the other agency could not find a home health aide despite their promises. Vitacare found someone within one hour of my call and arrived with her at my home. I also discovered that I needed more than the minimum number of hours. The attention I received from Vitacare was personalized; Mike C. came to my house on several occasions, He came the first day with the HHA, introduced her, gave her instructions and made sure I was comfortable. He returned several more time to make sure everything was going well. His associate, Julie, an RN also came several times to establish procedures and on another occasion to deliver supplies which I needed. Vitacare was a great help to me in a new situation and I am grateful. They were efficient, cooperative and courteous.
