Find Care & Housing
tinita101, if your Mom's senior housing lets you live there as your Mom's caregiver, don't be surprised if the facility will request you have your annual flu shot and to take a TB test.

I remember when my Dad brought with him a couple of his private caregivers to his Independent Living and later Memory Care, the agency had to send to the facility paperwork to make sure the caregivers were licensed, and the Agency had the required insurance in case something happens.... and, of course, proof of flu shot, and a clean bill for the TB test.

Like said, this is a question for the complex. You may have to prove its because you r her caregiver.

You'd have to have that question answered by the administrators of the senior housing complex your mother lives in; they'd be the only ones who could tell you the rules pertaining to who can/cannot live there.

Good luck!
