Unfortunately the answer is no, except while you are in the hospital or skilled nursing facility. This includes most Medicare advantage or Medicare replacement plans.

Persons on Medicaid get their incontinence products supplied. This may be true of other financial assistance programs. If the person is receiving any assistance, ask those programs.
