Cell service is too sketchy where I work and internet is too slow when I live. I cannot bill through this program and Dept of aging who I'm contracted with is of no help.

Have you tried using Data on your phone? Maybe your phone needs to be upgraded, the reason why the app is not working for you.

I had to read your post a few times before I realized ur talking about an app. Most of us are not professional aides. We r lay people caring for someone in our homes or a LO is in a facility. We do have some pros who work as CNAs that may know what ur talking about and may be able to help.
