Contesting an amendment added to a revocable trust by an original trustor (creator) of said trust, who is still living and wishes to change his or her trust is going to be dead on almost impossible. The Trustor, as creator of the trust AND as trustee of the trust has full powers to change that trust any time the whim takes him or her.
What I would suggest is calling any good or reputable Trust and Estate attorney and request an hour phone conference time (may run about 400.00) to ask the basic questions about your chances before pumping money into an attorney by the hour who suggests that "you have a case here".

Daughter99, scroll to the bottom of this page... click on Elder Law Attorneys.... fill out location information. That is how I found my Elder Law Attorney :)

On a side note, this forum is world wide, and chances of finding someone who live in Orange County, California in the U.S. may be few and far between.
