Ingredients on commercial formulas are numerous chemicals, carbs and sugar which causes insulin dependence and weight gain, No real foods are listed.

I looked up Lliquid Hope. It is a very pricy organic product. If you are worried about chemicals used for preservatives from other products, they are common. Are you worried about cancer causing chemicals at this stage? Does Liquid Hope need refrigeration because it does not contain those chemicals?
Speak to a dietitian. Certain products are used for diabetics and other products are recommended for COPD. Your LO will need about 2100 cal per day just to not lose too much weight.
Now reading your profile, I am more concerned about your access to your LO with her son involved

We use Glucerna with Carbstart for my wife. She was diabetic prior to the stroke that created the necessity for a feeding tube but now no sugar problems. Also weight has been easily maintained with this and the help of a dietician and her physician.

Please request a nutrition consult from the medical team involved.
There are many ways (all you mention and more) to approach this but they MUST include total knowledge of the patient involved.
Wishing you best of luck.
