My father has been given the okay for home care through the VA. Has anyone had experience with this company here in the Bellevue/Seattle area? Online, it states that they have not been in business that long. No reviews that I could find. Thank you.

1. This is a world wide site and to ask about and get information about a specific care agency is difficult.
2. On a personal note...If the VA is covering the cost of the Home care that this agency provides the company had to go through vetting by the VA to be on the list of "approved" agencies.

I would allow the agency to do what they do. Assess the needs of your dad. Provide the caregiver that they think is appropriate for him and the care he needs.
IF you do not approve of the job that the caregiver is doing then you contact the agency and explain what the problem is and allow them to correct the situation.
If that does not work contact the Social Worker or Case worker at the VA that you have been dealing with and inform them of what is going on. They may either have another agency they work with or they may go to the owner/manager of the agency and ask that the problem be corrected.

Give the caregiver a bit of time to get used to your dad, give your dad a bit of time to get used to the caregiver. There is a learning curve on both sides.
