Your profile says there are “signs” of financial abuse…. Which are what exactly? We’re not attorneys or detectives.

If you are not your Aunt’s FPoA and the FPoA is the one you think is commiting the fraud then you can contact adult protective services (APS) for her county to report it but be aware that the PoA may give them a believable song and dance. You must have some sort of concrete proof and not just what you “suspect” or what your Aunt with dementia is telling you.
