If you are technically competent, look online for agencies in your areas. Where I live there is a company that has about 20 care managers for hire. Also check non-profits who provide services. If it is for an elder, look for a governmental agency that helps seniors. Finally, contact some reputable nursing agencies and see if they can recommend someone. I found the owner of an agency extremely helpful and she stepped in to help a friend of mine who lives thousands of miles away from me (but close to my friend). ** Good luck!
