She looks down at the floor and she set and acts like she picking stuff up off the floor. When I asked her what she picking up she said money.

My brother went into the living room and she was taking her clothes off . My daughter's best friends grandma has it to and I told her what she was doing. She told me to get a onesie and put it on my mom backwards . My mom just took her clothes off again. Can I get some more advice on what to do. This is something new she just started tonight.

I also agree about UTI. The elderly don't have the same symptoms, burning, itching, like a younger person. If that is not the problem have labs done to see if anything else physical is causing the problem. Like low potassium, diabetes, thyroid, etc. If none of them, then its the progression of the desease. Things can literally happen overnight.

I agree with Mayday that any "sudden" changes need to be medically assessed for a UTI because it is easy to diagnose and treat.

First thing to check is UTI... This does weird things to the brain. Not sure when her last blood test was or urine test... but check for UTI..

Well, at least she can still talk... It is really sad when they just stop.

Go back over timelines if you have moved her recently. Has anything happened to upset her?
Does she have clarity of what is going on in her environment, any recent moves or big changes to her living situation? Is she upset/concerned about her finances?
