I drink a lot during the day but only use the bathroom maybe 3 times, then once before I go to bed. My bladder doesn’t wake me up to go pee, so I have a little problem everyday that I need to figure out quick.

Your profile says your 31? Are you the Caregiver and your talking about a LO who is older? At 31 this would be a problem, at 80 a problem but common. What I suggest is don't drink after a certain time. Make sure when u void, its complete. I find that after the initial flow, if I sit a little longer I will get the urge again. Leaning forward will help u void. You have to push.

Put a water resistant mattress cover on to protect the bed. Start wearing a pad to bed or as suggested a pullup. A doctor visit wouldn't hurt.
You need to see a urologist so they can figure out what's going on, but in the meantime, you can just start wearing Depends at night, so as not to ruin your mattress.
