Kept both but 2nd drop on floor created mess.. oh well it's not even Monday . I said nothing as I left early just see u Monday.
Feel proud of myself for not making this personal and keeping the greater good in mind.. but it was tough today

No of course you don't deserve to be blamed for everything.

Days will differ. Sorry you had a tough day today.

Taking time out from that & other stressful situations is a very good strategy.

"No man is an island".

Accepting help from others can be hard. For elders. But also for caregivers.

A good plan is one that works for BOTH of you.
To work out how much is reasonable for *you* to help. Then Dad can add in *non-you* help for the rest.

You should not take on his care. I assume you know, that stress will effect your MS.

No stress does not affect my Ms what Ms does it makes my mind slower so I'm not as able to deal with stress as well... Walking away was good. But frustrating as I want an atta girl for all I have done for him. Some he just does not realize.. I hope in the next world he will realize but it ain't gonna happen in this world

I must say that walking away from such a situation, to blow off steam, is the best thing you could have done. Also the most difficult. You certainly deserve much better, even a thank you now and then is better than this. I do all ADLs and more for my mom. Today she was so mad at me because I didn't allow her access to phone (due to repeated 911 calls). So she let me know that I am no help to her at all and her unhappiness is totally my fault. I hope the rest of your day goes better. Bummer about the cone mishap. Have two tomorrow?
